Materials
- Clay (red or white)
- Cutting tool
- Rolling pin
- Red paint (if needed or any color you like)
- Texture tool
Step 1: Roll out your clay so that its smooth, but you still have some thickness to it. You can fold it if you need to.
Step 2: Cut the clay using your eyes to measure, making sure all of your sides are straight. Cut as many bricks as you think you'll need. Texture them as desired.
Step 3: Bake the bricks according to the directions on your clay package.
Step 4: If you used red clay you are done, if you chose to use white clay you can either leave them as they are or paint them whatever color you want your bricks to be. It's a nice detail to rough brush the bricks with black, white or brown to add "age" to them.
